Once upon a time in Michigan, two cousins were born just a couple years apart. From a young age, they shared a deep bond and love for the outdoors and fishing. Spending many summer vacations together with family camping. They would spend countless hours fishing, exploring the great outdoors, and building a lifetime of memories.

As time went by and they grew older, life took them in slightly different directions. One moved to a couple different places before settling down in Louisiana. The other remained in Michigan. Though the distance has been different from time to time between them, they have remained close and always found the time to stay in contact no matter how busy day to day life had gotten. Often the conversation would turn to fishing and the dream of turning the shared passion into a business. Fast forward a few years and they finally decided to stop talking and start doing!

Here we are, Bayou Dune Baits LLC. From the bayous of Louisiana to the dunes of Michigan and beyond, we hope that our baits help fuel the passion and love of fishing for anglers everywhere!
